Gitanjali Prasad mentors the Fellows on their research and writing. Before this, she worked at the Centre for Equity Studies (CES) in New Delhi, where she led the Delhi HAUSLA program team, running interventions on access to health and citizenship rights with and for the homeless community. Previously at CES, she conducted empirical research on exclusion in access to legal justice and on urban rental housing discrimination in India. Gitanjali completed a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019 concurrent with her work at CES. She majored in Psychology for her BA at Wesleyan University in Connecticut, and received a Masters in Social Work at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, specialising in Dalit and Tribal Social Work.
